Hi,

I have a Series 5 Bordeaux and there is no noise that we haer from the battery charger, where is yours sited?

The Truma heater does take a while to warm up but you should feel something after say 5 minutes max. Is the thermostat high enough above ambient?

I have a Bailey Pageant Monarch, now 2.5 years old.

When I first got it the battery charger was making a noise like yours(fan operating intermittently, and mainly when warm).

My dealer contacted Bailey and this was replaced under warranty.

Since the I have not had a problem.

Speak to your dealer.

the fan on the charger is normal if warmish, but should not be not noisy.on the fire if you put your hand down the back of the fire.left side and feel for a reset button in and down a bit.it will reset your electric fire.
