We have a ranger series 5 460/2 and the fridge is a Thetford 96 litre one. I was just cleaning it today and noticed the interior light cover and bulb were missing - they have never been there. Does anyone know if this is correct?
 
Hi Catherine, sorry to say but its the same in our Ranger 550/6 ! They use the same fridge in the other higher spec models but with the light included.

Thanks Danny - it shows how often I clean the fridge if I've only just noticed this after one year!
 
Interesting to hear about Thetford fridges being fitted to Series 5 Ranger's. Were these a standard fitment to the series 5 at some point?

The reason I ask is that we have a 2005 Ranger 470/4 that is fitted with a Dometic 77 litre fridge. According to the original brochure I have, this was a standard fitment.

Hi Martin

The Thetford fridges were first fitted in the Ranger from 2006 - the handbook just hasn't been updated.
