Bailey Senator 5 Indiana Service Cost.

Bit amazed to get a quote of £189 plus materials for annual service for above one year old van.

Anybody have any thoughts as to whether this is reasonable or not?

I had the Oklahoma serviced last week

It cost Materials

To a service a caravan take less than an hour. To open and close cupboard doors etc probably takes another hour. They DO NOT service your gas heater, they DO NOT service the water system, they DO NOT service the waster outlets, they DO NOT service the electrics.

All they do is check them and if there is a problem they are supposed to rectify it but it is a lot eaasier for the technician if you tell them if there ia fault.

There is nothing on the service that I couldn't do myself except qualify for any warranty work

Hi - don't know where you live but if your anywhere near cumbria try Bardsea leisure - they are a Bailey service approved workshop and their service cost was approx

Thanks to all, looks as though I have to bite the bullet or go well out of my locality to find a cheaper deal, then the cost of doing that rather defeats the object.
