Bailey series 6 awning size

we have a bailey pageant series 6 champagne 2007 and want to know if the awning we have will fit it. I have been getting conflicting information from various sites. The awning we have is a pyramid tuscuny 925 to 950 in size. This is a size 12.

We've got the same 'van but I don't have the handbook handy to be sure of awning size, however I'm pretty sure that your awning will be way too short. We tried a Sunncamp size 13 (950-975) on ours and it didn't fit. Why can't you just try your awning on the 'van?

Hi Sandra

We've a Burgundy 2008 S6 and I thought the Champagne would be the same (1008) but Bradcot give yours out at 975 and Bailey give the new S7 out at 991.

Our van is exactly the same size as the new S7.

I would be tempted to do as John advises, it's not much hassle on a decent day to run it through the rail.

Otherwise it's the old piece of string or tape, from ground to ground through the awning rail.

Best regards

Tomo

hi thanks for the replies. I did try it on the van but our drive is on quite a slope and it was sort of hard to judge. The awning was not running off both sides of the awning rail it was a little short on each side. i plan to put the awning on next time we go away and try it but the lady who bought our old van is keen to buy the awning soon that is why i was asking if anyone knew if it would def be too small
