Hi Jo-anne

I was there two years ago but didn't actually stay on the site.

Trevor Davies , his wife and daughter Angie run the place. It was Angie who bred my two springers from her dad's dog , Purdey. Full of teh Badgercourt strain which is one of the best working Springer working strains.

The site is a delight. Trevor is well into the five wheelers so each pitch is large and fully serviced . It is next to the Severn Valley Railway. Great pub just down the road and loads to do.

I think we'll go back early next year for a few days . Not far for us nor you!! We could have a Wyoming outing with puppies from Storm????

Cheers

Alan

Hi Joanne

I HAVE stayed at this site. I loved it. I think they've got room for 9 vans (all separated by fir hedging). Each have grey waste and fresh water on pitch (electric too of course). Each pitch had its own wheely bin too. The view from all of the pitches is wonderful, across a valley. Very quiet. Very peaceful.

On site, there is a small golf course, lots of fishing ponds (and the river, of course). There's also an outdoor swimming pool! The shower (singular) isn't the most salubrious - but that's about the weakest point for the whole site.

Be careful on approach - it's easily overlooked! You drive for about a mile or so off the main road - past a small pub (called the 'New Inn' if I remember right). Very popular with locals - good food and a ten minute walk from the site.

Nearby Bewdley has stores and amenities.

The Wyre forest which is a few miles away is a nice day out.

I loved it there. I'd go back tomorrow.

Mac
