Bathroom Tap

Help needed please.

A elderly couple next door to me have just returned from a holiday in there Lunar Chateau 400 caravan.

they told me that they had a bad water leak comming from there

bathroom tap, unfortunatly they informed me that they did not drain the system dowwn last winter and this was there first trip

out.

It is the drop down sink type with shower head attached and very

awkward to get to work at.

does any-one know please if this type of tap can be replaced.

They also told me that they called out a mobile engineer who

charged them £45 who looked at it and then told them he could not fix it(nice decent chap)

Tery, if you cangt a photo of the tap it would be helpful.

I have a feeling it is comet tap, perhaps like this one:

With the drop down sink fittings it is usually a case of removing the whole panel it is fitted into
