In the short term I would suggest you get yourself a cheap 12v charger to take away with you as you will never source a replacement for you caravan overnight.
Have you checked all the 240v fuses??

thanks for the reply, where are 240 fuses
It may be like this one as Swift use Sargent PSU. You can see the unit is sub divided into 12v protection and 240v protection. If yours is not identical just search the net for yours. They are quite similar as my 2011 Sprite had one similar in layout. But different model number.

Another thought has occurred to me. How do you know the battery isn't being charged?
Is it because none of the 12v things (like lights) are not working? If that's the case be sure to check that the main (20 amp) 12v fuse (it's located "somewhere" between your leisure battery and the PSU) hasn't blown. If it has then battery chargers output cannot get to the battery to charge it.

What reading do you get from your battery when you are connected to 240v?
If its in excess of 12.6v then the charger is working. If your battery goes flat after an hour ir so then that indicates "it's worse than that, its dead jim!" and needs replacing.

The plates on batteries “sulphate “ when not used for long period, we see this a lot with classic cars. The battery can quite often be brought back to life by trickle charging for at least 48 hours and to when the battery voltage is at least 13.5 V, then discharge the battery quickly with a heavy load eg using the movers, repeat this process a few times. The sulphate will dissolved back in to the battery acid, and the battery has is capacity back.
The trickle charge should be no more than 250mA.

Unfortunately, the OP was planning on going away today!

Batteries will also sulphate if kept continuously at 13.8v float voltage - the better long-term solution is to use a smart charger which has a reconditioning mode at the start of it it's multi-mode charging.

.......from the OP's description everything is working as it should except there is no output from the battery charger.
IMO this is because of either a failed charger or a blown fuse on the 12volt output from the charger.
The charger and 12 volt 25amp fuse are located inside the PSU casing.
The white 25 amp 12 volt fuse is mounted on the circuit board near where the 12 volt output wires from the charger plug into the board.
Disconnect the mains supply cable from the caravan before opening up the casing of the PSU.
