Powrtouch classic motor mover control unit issues

Our motor mover stopped working on the l/h side. I switched the l/h cables in the control unit to the r/h hand terminals and the r/h cables to the l/h terminals resulting in the l/h side working bow, and the r/h side not working. That would seem to me to indicate a faulty control unit.
Are these units repairable or is there somewhere I can get a reconditioned unit please.
Any help, information and, or advice would be much appreciated.

even out of warranty they will help if they can
whats to lose?

Thank you to everyone who responded and thank you for your various suggestions. I have contacted Powrtouch and I am awaiting their reply although it would seem that one of the control unit repair options that have been mentioned will be my eventual course of action.

You won't know, until you want to go to another seasonal pitch, and you might be out of warranty by then.

This is the only Seasonal Adult Touring park we are interested in but the warranty on this caravan is 15 months and we might extend it .

When you have it serviced, make sure the AWS tech does a service to the motor mover as well.

At present it having a full service and damp check by the caravan dealer but when it due next service it will be AWS thanks for your input very much appreciated

Remember you specifically have to ask for a motor mover service/check, it is not on a habitation check.

We will be having a full service/damp check and motor mover not a habitation just to keep the service booklet stamped up by the service engineer,🙏
