Battery charging pegasus

Anyone know how to charge the battery on the pegasus425 without turning on the heater also the only way i can find to turn off the charger is at the trip switch at the fusebox then both the heater and charger are on/off or am i missing some other switch somewhere

I would have thought that the charger system is the same as on my pagent,it automaticly charges the battery when the van is connected to the EHU. There is not any on /off switch for the charger whether the heater is on or off
 
Thanks for prompt reply TD42. just seems strange that the battery is on charge all the time would have thought that the battery is better getting rundown now and again .i think it will not last as long . but new technology these days p.s the charger and heater are on the same trip switch on the fusebox.

The charging system used is a multi stage intelligent system which keeps the battery in perfect condition at all times.
It is totally automatic so there is no need to be concerned that it is on when connected to the mains supply
