Is it not blowing at all, or just blowing cold? Are you on hookup, or off grid? If off grid, the heating is gas. Are your other 12v systems working ok (lights, radio, taps)?
The 12v battery just powers the fan to blow the air around, so providing air is being blown then the battery is doing its job.
The heat is provided by either 230v electrical hook up, or gas.

Blowing cold air,on hook up tried on gas,slightly better, water pump lights all working ok
So if the fan is circulating the air then the battery is doing its job. The water pump is powered by your battery. So probably are all of your lights.
The 12v battery doesn't provide any heat at all, that is done by either gas or mains electricity! So if air is blowing around, but it's not heated then it's not the battery you need to look at. The fault lies elsewhere

Does your caravan have gas heating? If so what type (is there gas in the cylinder? Does your cooker work on gas?
Does your caravan mains sockets work? Plug donething like a hair drier in and see if it works.
In order to assist you we need some more information, so please provide as much as you can. Such as make and model, and age, of the caravan. What heating system it has, is it a combi boiler? Is it a whale system? Is it Alde wet system. Is tge water heater separate from the space heater, does tge water get hot on gas or electric? All of that will help us help you.
