beaumont sur sarthe (near le mans)

hi all,

looking to book beaumont sur sarthe for a 1 night stop over en route to sarlat end of july can anyone advise how far is it off the beaten track ? and is it difficult to find.

It's easy enough to find. From Alencon on the N138 towards Le Mans, turn left at the traffic lights in the centre of Beaumont and follow the site signposts towards the east of the town. The site does not take twin-axle 'vans.
 
Have been to this site many times and can vouch for it.It is easy to get to and about 10mins off the autoroute.It is in a lovely spot alongside the river and on the edge of the town/village (supermarket up the road)pitches are a good size,level and flat and seperated by low hedges.The toilet block has always confused me as I have never seen it cleaned yet it is always spotless.The electrics are ample(excuse the pun) but be aware some pitches you will need two cables to reach the hook up point.Enjoy!
