Benidorm Yes or No?

The recently finished tv series that is.

Do you like it? yes or no?

Personally, I honestly think it's better than Fools and Horses. Infact, I've just bought the boxed set which we will enjoy watching on the new laptop in the van.

Lisa,

In our bungalow it was a must watch. Brilliant cast who played off each other really well. The writers managed to include virtually all types of society without causing offence.

When watching it we would say to each other "yes we know someone like that!"

I wonder if there will be a follow up series with Mel owning the

night club set up. One point which sticks in our minds was in the final episode when Martin's wife told Mel's wife what she thought of her. I thought Mel's wife's eyes were going to pop out.

Hopefully there will be repeats.

I've never been to Bendorm myself, not my cup of tea. But OMG as you say, you can relate to the characters.

The Bo Derek hairstyle was a classic!

I just love the Spanish waiter, what a dirty dog, but hey, that's not for here as the lady from Fat Fighters would say.

Pure brilliance.

I've never been to Benidorm, but have been to numerous other all inclusive resorts in Spain.

The show is exactly like the resorts all over Spain. Its an absolutely brilliant show, I'm gutted that its finished.

It would be great if there was another series, but unless Mel invites them all over to his new place, I cant see it happening

I dont know why I like it but I do!!!After thinking about it I think it is because even tho the characters have dreadful traits they are all completely harmless with no hidden side to them They are just what they are and they dont pretend otherwise. Not one of them would intentionally cause harm.Besides all that it makes me laugh!!!!

An amalgamation of the worst from all walks of life. Brilliant! Had us in stitches. Very clever script writing to get all those cameo parts included eg Robin Asquith of "What the window cleaner saw" etc.

Cheers
