There is an additional 'discount' scheme for European Campsites - http://www.campingwijzer.nl/bestdealcampingcard/ - with a card and guide which is free of charge. It offers low season discounts for a pitch, two adults, car and caravan, awning, and electricity - with some sites being as little as 10 euros. It also offers additional discounts in mid-season on some sites. A lot of the sites are those used by ACSI but on some rates are cheaper, and the acceptance period is longer - for example 14 euros for Les Rivages at Millau from the 20th August (Best Deal) or 25th August (ACSI).
You have to fill in a form, and inputting addresses and postcodes may be difficult - but it can be done if you only include four characters of your postcode, and put the address into two lines!
