Best place to advertise?

Hello again people.

I'm just after the advice of people who recently been for the best places to advertise for a private sale?

We know we won't be able to use our '06 Bailey Pageant Burgundy for the rest of the year, and also knowing we'll be buying new at the start of next year we thought we'd sell now. I've heard of people using eBay but I'd rather avoid that due to the charges.

Sorry to hear you won't be using your van for the rest of the year, but have a look at Gumtree, we found mu son's original van on the site and was easy as could select local area.

Speaking from experiecne we found the free ads on this site the best as we sold the caravan the same week. Second is Preloved which free and thirdly believe it or not is Autotraderwhich costs you about £30 for a month.

We recently sold our van through the caravan club's website. It is free (unless you choose the premium option). There were a few emails backwards and forwards, as we couldn't see our ad, but that may have been us. The van sold in less than a week.

Had it not sold so quickly, we were going to advertise it with this site, but didn't need to in the end.
