We have been to Italy several times with our caravan but not yet with our motorhome. We like the Lakes although Garda can be very busy but our particular favourite is Venice where we have been four times. We usually stay at Punta Sabbioni which is right round the Lagoon but the campsite we use is only a short walk from the ferries. On our last trip we also went down as far as Rome which was lovely although I did get my wallet stolen on the Metro which was not so lovely!!!!
