Bilbao to LLFranc

Next year we are planning to get the ferry to Bilbao and travel across the top of northern Spain to LLaFranc on the opposite coast. Does anyone have any experience of that route especially a decent stop off about halfway?

May I suggest you re post your query under ' Overseas....' I think you will get more response,I am afraid I have not travelled that wat myself so cannot help myself.

Are you staying at Kims camping?

Never done the trip though our friends generally take the euro star then drive through France, less sea travel and not that much further by road.
