Hi, We've been to this site twice over the last 5 years and all have enjoyed it including the 17yr old. The pool is excellent as is the beach on the lake at the site(very shallow) The beach on the opposite side of the lake(Short car ride) is equally good but with deeper water(snorkling) Theres also a small aqua park(Large inflatables) which you pay by the hour and kept the boys amused. Finally when you get bored you can go to the coast and surf , but be aware of the under currents. Site facilities are good but can get packed and "close" in some areas of site.We took bikes as there are good cylcle paths too. When its hot its great but equally when theres a storm it gets wet, very wet. Its the only site we have been to as a family that every one still wants to go back to. We did Calais to La rive towing in a day but its probably better with an O/n stop( Chateau du maris in Loire was our normal one night stop) Have a great time Mark
