The dog walk at Blackmore C.C. site is at the bottom of the site and consists of pathways through the woods. I go two or three times a year and usually the dog walk has a covering of bark chipings. It is a reasonable dog walk. In the dark at Christmas you certainly needed a torch. Watch out though for the irresponsible caravanners who do not clean up after their dogs.
However from the site to Hanley Swan is about a straight 3/4 mile walk with for most of the way a good wide grass verge, plus a good pub at Hanley Swan which you can sit outside with dog for a drink before return journey!!
