can anybody recomend any sites around blackpool we will have 2 kids so a park or some entertainment would be welcome
 
Try Marton Mere, It has a club house bars and entertainment for the kids, also a bus service runs from outside the site to to sea front. They also have a web site.
 
windy harbour is a good site for kids

just make sure you get hardstanding

We too are trying to find a decent site for Blackpool to do the illuminations. This Windy Harbour, what is the actual web address, and has anyone else got ideas on sites.

High Compley was awfull last year so wet you dare not stray off the road.
 
Why dont you try sites that are a couple of mile out from Blackpool. The CC site there have put the prices up because of the illuminations(Robbers)and maybe they all do I dont know so you might save a few quid going elsewhere.
