Hampton Road is the nearest to the town but since they have dropped the ampage to their site & still charge silly money per night I for one will not be going again so the question is what's the next site that's near to the town
 
Marton Mere, a Haven site. Statics and Tourers, just off the motorway. Bus stop at entrance to town and zoo. Stayed there last year.
 
Blackpool South Caravan Club site is more or less in the town and very easily reached from the motorway. It does not have entertainment and the like though only a childrens play area. It is flat and well maintained with a spotless toilet block and if you have used club sites before it is pretty standard.
