Blue Flashing Light On Water Heater

Our Bailey Pegasus GT65 Verona has a flashing blue light which seems to be on constantly. Does anyone know if this can be turned off or is it flashing for a reason as in my eye it is just wasting power, it has the user friendly Whale I-Van Intelligent Control touch screen panel system.

I presume you are talking about the flashing rectangle blue led above the whale label? If so go into settings and options and right arrow until you get to to the flashing light on/off menu, + or - to change it.
I hope this helps?

Hi Smith21,

I would like to assure you that the blue flashing light coming from your Whale Water Heater is a completely normal feature of the iVan system. This signals communication with the iVan control Panel.

If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Many thanks,

Thanks for the info Mr Whale Caravan, I'm a bit late in thanking you but better late than never. Up to now I have not had any problems and find the system so easy to use, even the wife can do things correctly most of the time. Once again thank you for the info.
