BOC Gas & Gear advert in December 2014 mag p.56

Anyone tried to make contact with BOC over this advert.
Are BOC really entering the 'Lesure' market
I tried the webpage address given and could find no link to gas & gear.
Surely this advert is in the wrong place as BOC are INDUSTRIAL gas suppliers.
Or, have I got it wrong.
Was interested in the no Rent 4.7 K bottles at £10.82

Their cost is roughly half that of Calor.
They boast 70 outlets in the uk.

I suspect their main products are better suited to the seasonal rather than the tourer.
All competition must be good for us guys.

Have a look here ( you will enter into a contract with BOC and have a bottle rental to pay ) I have a Argoshield bottle that is paid via a standing order once a year even if i don't use any gas

BOC appear to have taken over the Flo Gas brand, which - under it's own name - used to be quite a lot cheaper than Calor for the standard 6Kg cylinder. Some of the farm shops round here (Somerset) used to stock it, so I'll have a look next time I go to one.

The BOC Gas & Gear shops appear as stockists of Flo Gas cylinders in smaller sizes for Caravanners and home use.
My local Flogas list includes my nearest BOC shop.
