Site must have showers,CDP,shop on site or within walking distance,preferably near public transport and oh of course,fishing on site or near
 
Try Melrose in the Borders of Scotland the CC site is in the Town. also try the caravan site about 10-15 miles from Jedburgh This is the heart of the fishing world with the Tweed not too far away
