bp light gas bottles

I read someplace that some BP garages were giving away the light bottles free anyone else read this and if so was it in Scotland.

I read that Calor will swap conventional cylinders for the PatioGas cylinders, are you sure you are not mixing it up with that?

The BP cylinders seem very expensive.
