BPW Bush replacement

I have been carrying some maintenece checks & the hitch seems to have 2/3 mm movement up/down side to side.
This is may be why I still experience snaking with my vann?
BPW have the bushes & are only around £5 each.
I have removed the hitch (winterhoff unit) & associated bolts, but seem to be having difficulty removing the draw tube.
I have removed the bolts holding the tube , but it looks like there is a bar from the hand brake that slots into the draw bar.
Can these bushes be rmove with the complete assembly still bolted to the chassis rail?
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

James

Be advised that when bushes are replaced they MUST be reamed out to the correct size.
If you do not have the reamers, dont even try doing it.
Also please be advised that BPW do NOT advocate home repairs on the drawbar and bushes.

Also please note that 3mm play is acceptable and will not have any effect on snaking, that is down to lots of other factors like wrong loading, tyre pressures, car set up etc.
