Hi there we have just found out thatthe suspension has dropped on one side of our less than three year old Odyssy leaving a clearance of only half an inch to the wheel housing and I am bursting to know what it is going to cost me

Hello Mike, Unless you have abused the caravan, I am surprised that a major component such as a suspension system has failed. This seem unreasonable, and I think you should contact your supplying dealer to ask for a replacement under warranty. Prior history will show that the majority of caravans do not suffer this, so it most likely to be a faulty component fitted as new, and therfore not of merchantable quality. Do not deal with the manufacture as your warrnty is the responsibility of the dealer. If they will not play ball, then conatct the CAB or a solicitor for specific advice.
