bradcot awning

Hi, my sister in law has a bradcot awning and it was left up in strong winds and the roof poles have all been broken and bent. Does anyone know if you can buy a these poles or would universal poles work?
 
Hi Sandra, replacement poles are/were obtainable from Bradcot,but in the last few months they have been very difficult to get a reply from.I can only suggest that a trawle of van awning dealers,& E bay may get some results. Or a wanted ad on as many caravaning web forems as possible. another alterative is a complete new frame from another make of awning

Sandra try Discover leisure at Delamere, we got replacements from them when they were Harringtons whether they still stock them l am not sure.

What size/model awning is it, I have complete set of steel poles, cahnged over to easy fit poles due to husbands back problem,so about to put on ebay!

If Sandra is not interested I may be, we have a 1050 Active with easyfit poles and they have bent.

I do not think the poles are any different as the play is taken up within them - this is perhaps why ours bent with a fairly big awning.

Could be a plan, will email the mods, our awning is 1005 so believe poles will fit.
