We have the aforementioned awning and are having extreme difficulties zipping the panels in when erecting. Does anyone have any advice as to how we may be able to rectify the problem?

Are you putting the panels in before or after you have pegged the corners down, if it is after, that is why you are having problems, put all panels in before pegging anything down, hope this helps, I have been there, and wondered what the problem was.
