Hopefully you are aware that it takes at two fit able bodied people standing up to fit these covers? We watched someone fitting one over their twin axle and from start to finish it must have taken them at least one and a half an hour or longer as they had to wash the caravan first otherwsie I guess the cover will cause scratches. Also simpler to erect an awning by the looks of it, but your choice.

Hi Surfer the Elddis Crusader Supersirocco twin axle is being delivered to the site on the Friday 24th January 2014 for the coming season and we want to start using it on March 1st 2014 weather permitting. So we don"t want the breathable caravan cover until the following winter .
If we get some seasonal friends they might help us to put it on the van but we might not bother because in the winter period you can use it the odd weekend but if it too cold that not for me .

we had a cover for our first new van but it was more trouble than it was worth it has to be stored when your not using it and they are bulky.Hard work to put on and as stated van has to be clean .Final straw was picking a stone up in it and dragging it accross the roof.I'd rather wash the van after winter and do without.Best wishes for your new van though
