An Update

All 5 parts of my Frenc Alps Holiday Journal covering are now online on Caravan Talk. Part 1 & 2 cover the Journey from Dunkerque to Chaomonix, via Langres, and our visits to the spectacular mountains of the Mont Blanc Massif around Chamonix. Parts 3 and 4, cover our stay at Lac de Annecy and our journey back to Dunkerque and home.

Just started to read about your journey. We are thinking of Municipal pont de farcy for our first night off the ferry at Caen. How close is it and do we need to book the date will be 23rd August arriving late, ferry docks about 9pm. Looking forward to having time to read more about your trip.
