Hi Julie, we go a couple of times a year, have just come back infact. Broadlands is a quiet site, level and the majority of pitches are hardstanding with about 18 on grass. The toilet block was brand new last year and kept immaculate. There is a play area for the kids with new equipment and a boules pitch. 200yds from the site is the river and shop (where Eastenders was filmed some years back)and a restuarant, and 200yds in the opposite direction is a pub. A nice circular walk is into Ludham village with a stop at the King's arms pub (good food). We should also be there August bank holiday as well.
