Broken light housing

What's the best way to fix the rear light cluster on my Bailey Orion 400-2. I nudged a fence and the plastic has sheared off around the fixing screw at the top of the housing.
 
Would almost certainly say I would replace it as you have stated it is broken around the the fixing screw, which in my mind you would not be able to fix it securely to the van.
 
Can you show a picture I do have a new light cluster here at home and im no sure what its off.It came from somebody that works in Hella

If it's a clean snap and the bits fit together neatly you could try super-glue, leave it much longer than it says on the tin to fully harden. If it's like mine it screws into a rubber 'well nuts/fairing screws' so it should be possible just to unscrew the remaining 'peg' of plastic holding the rubber still. Otherwise on a fairly new van it might be best to contact dealer or Bailey and realise the cost of your mistake with a new one!

I wouldn't use superglue, unless it specifically says its waterproof, becasue most super glues soften and will eventually either give up gripping or will dissolve in water.

I'd look to a two part epoxy.
