Hi Laura.I did exactly the same thing on our Ace Award caravan and no matter how hard i tried,i could not find a replacement basin.

Eventually my neighbour took the basin out and managed to use some evogrip and fix it ok.Perfect job.

I would suggest if you cannot find one from a caravan dealer, you might try someone like B&Q or wickes.

They may not have the exact basin but may have one that could fit with a bit of diy.

Hope this helps.

Hi Laura,

Your post made us laugh as the very same thing happened to us some time ago in our Avondale. We searched the web and local dealers and could not find a replacement anywhere. In the end we found a company on the internet who could make an exact copy out of fiberglass. They picked up our sink and used it as a template and a week or so later we had our replacement. It wasn't cheap - about

We have encountered this problem on our 2005 Lunar, luckily it was noticed before the warranty had ran out and was replaced FOC.

This crack by the plug has now reappeared on the new basin, but after taking photographic evidence of the cracks, Lunar have again agreed to replace the basin FOC, as they have agreed it is a manufacturing fault and will pass on their outlay to the supplying bathroom manufacture,

best regards, Martin
