Brugge & Lille

Hi Stephen,

Were you looking for two camping recommendations bearing in mind that Brugge and Lille are 75 km apart and about an hours' drive?

Brugge:

Camping Memling is less than 5 km from the centre of Brugge, is open all year and you can view their web-site on http://www.camping-memling.be/default.asp?id=1&ln=en

Memling is a small site, popular with people visiting Brugge, and has facilities roughly equivalent to a Caravan and Camping Club site. Functional rather than pretty.

Camping Kleinstrand is at Jabbeke, about 10 km from Brugge. web-site http://www.kleinstrand.be/

Kleinstrand is a theme park with camping. But should be quiet in March, and I doubt if there will be queues for the outdoor water slide.

Lille:

Le Camping du Mont des Bruy
 
Kompas-Camping Vlaamse-Ardennen in Oudenaarde is about halfway between Bruges and Lille and not far from Ghent either.
