Hi stayed there a few years ago and the part we were on was quite a slope the vans looked like rocket launchers with the fronts so high but they did leave plenty of blocks around for you to use under the steadies.

Hi Jacqueline, we went there two years ago,
The approch roads for the last few miles can get a little tight in places but take it easy and you will be o.k
Tight pitches, especially if you have the awning up, yes most of site on slope.
Showers and Toilet block were faily new at the time so yes they were fine.
Site is clean and tidy, occasional entertainment in bar, quiz etc
Bar shut at 11.00pm so quiet from then on.
Usual bar food, chips with most things.
Small pool which we never used, (in fact very small) .
Nice location for Caves and Gorge etc, we actually went accross to longleat one day, weston super mare.
Overall we enjoyed our stay (sunshine all week) but do bear in mind everyone's taste is different.
The only reason we would not return is because even if we find a site we love, we tend not to go to the same place twice.

Hi

We went there quite a few years ago and loved it. Was a choice of two fields, the 2nd field was quite sloping but nice anyway. Toilets on both fields, at the time were a little dated. The small club and shop were adequate, and the pool although small was great , went in everyday as it was free. Loads to do in the area, would return, but like other posters, tend not to go to the same site more than once. Family run site, much more preferable than some of the bigger commercial sites.
