Bulldog Stabliser friction pads replacement

Hi,

A subject covered many times before, but how do I replace the friction pads on my Bulldog Q200 stabiliser in regard to Health and safety(friction materials and the COSHH regs, what surfaces have to be cleaned prior to replacing the pads and what is the best cleaner,brake cleaner? and what torque settings do I have to apply. Can't find bulldogs web site to see if they have on line instructions and checked the forum for previous headings on this topic. Stabliser creaking like mad, but decided to replace friction pads.
