A few years ago I went to Burg Vogelsang in the Eiffel Nat Park in Germany.
It was a training camp prior to WW2.
I wished to visit again. Has anyone been to any sites in the area?

Looking at the Burg Vogelsang website and where it is situated in the Eiffel. We go to that part of Germany every year on our way to Italy, Austria and other countries. We always stop at a site below Prum and a couple of miles or so West of Bitburg. The name is Prumtal Camping at Oberweis, it is a 5* ACSI Camping Card site and is excellent. There is a link to their website on my website posted in my signature underneath this post. Have a look. There is also another ACSI CC site in Prum that is mentioned in our first 2 or3 Trips which is good but not as good as Prumtal for the same price of 15 euro's a night in 2010 and 2011.
