burner problems

my caravan i have recently bought has a twin burner, but one side does not seem to function properly .

when its on ,the flame does not seem to burn fully but erraticaly skips round the burner and burns at a lower rate than the other ?

ps. its a spinflo max x. and it makes no difference if the other burner or grill are on or off.

any idea's please.

Yes, it needs servicing and should only be done by someone who knows their way around the spinflo unit.

Hello Colin,

I will be very direct.

Damain, correctly pointed out that the burners need to be serviced,"by someone who knows their way around the spinflo unit."

Now lets look at some facts,

You had need to ask the question about what needs to be done, This means you do not know the Spinflo unit well enough, and that you are not familiar with the essentials of gas fitting or servicing.

There are clearly aspects of the installation that you do not understand, and that means if you interfere with the system there is a significant possibility you may do something wrong.

Get the job done by a professional for your own safety.

Just as a point in question, I was called out today to a van where the owner "thought" he had fixed a gas problem on an appliance,,,he had not and his wife phoned me and aked me to go and fix it properly.

What would have been a simple 30 minute job then took over an hour to put right what he had done wrongly, and cost him twice what it would have cost if he had left it to me in the first place
