buying 2nd hand avondale dart 556-need advice

we r about 2 purchase this van,looks lovely in pics.we r brand new 2 touring(can't wait 4 1st adventure),but we need some serious advice,it's a 2003 model and they r asking £8,500,is this gd? also we will have 2 travel quite away 2 view so would really appriciate advice on wot 2 ask seller b4 we set off & also wot 2 look 4 when we c this van. it's being sold with awnning & 2 bedroom annexes.read abit about problems with this van on this site,it just confuses me really,but couldn't afford 2 risk flushing this money down the drain, please help me someone, thanx

Your grand voyager will tow the dart without any problems whatsoever. If its the petrol version it may be a bit thirsty, the diesel version would be better. I tow with a Citroen C8 mpv 2.2hdi and average 23 to 25 mpg towing.
