Keep us updated on your progress and hope you have many enjoyable holidays in your new caravan. If it is 7 years old check the date of manufacture of the tyres as it is generally recommended that they are changed at between 5- 6 years even if they look good.

The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue.
