Just back from first trip of year in my Avondale Dart 510S 2001 and a few strange are things happening. Firstly the 240v power supply unit is intermittently buzzing which is annoying and it didn’t do this the end of last year.
At the same time my Whale pump for the water is being irratic. Sometimes fine then it keeps running with little flow of water into the taps. Often when the taps is turned off the pump keeps going even with plenty of water in the drum.
Lastly and not sure how it all ties in but my lights dim and the bathroom light stops working then returns again.
I have 2 whale pumps and both behave the same. Is that likely to be the pesky valve with the adjuster under the front seat that may have a fault or needs twisting (I had that on my old caravan) or may there be a blockage and if so how do I flush the system.
And what is buzzing in the PSU, it stops a while if I trip out the fuses and restart. Trouble is its so random its hard to predict when it will occur.
