Cadac pizza stone

Hi just bought a cadac pizza stone as always the instructions are not very clear how to use it.
Ie. with deflector or not, do you pre-heat.
Looked all over the net any help would be greatfully recieved.

Not something I would personally use as I like my trifles to be sweet not savoury but... I would say yes deflector would be used and my gut instinct would be to pre heat. You wouldn't I would imagine put a pizza into a cold oven so probably same principle would apply with the cadac.

Thank's, After looking some more on internet I found how to use it.
You need the deflector on - Pre -heat 10 min's at full heat and cook for 10min's on full heat.
To clean don't wash just scrape and wipe. Just need some sun to try it out.
