cadac repairs

Hi I have a cadac bq and i think the jet may be blocked are they straight forward to take apart and clean ie the main stem.

There is a single screw holding the gas valve to the stem and once removed the stem will slide off exposing the jet, the point is though it is well out of harms way why do you suspect it is blocked?, what symptoms are you getting??

I think it may be blocked because the grill does not get hot all over and the flame keeps going out
