Cadac - Roasting

Just bought a roasting dish for my Cadac Carry Chef.

Looking for any tips that anyone can give me on its use, going to give it a try over the next fortnight and any ideas greatly welcomed.

Afternoon Mark,

Like you i have recently purchased a roasting pan and going to use it when i go away in 2 weeks time.

Whilst on Holiday last year my Wifes Uncle slow roasted a Chicken, with vegetables and roastie pots for a Sunday lunch and also mid week again slowly cooked a joint of Gammon.

You need a lid to do this.
