Changed my almost-empty at Calor Southampton on Saturday, they had loads of stock, the lady told me that if the cylinder had been totally empty they'd have charged me for a refill but because there was a little gas left they gave me a free new one. The replacement was one of the 2010 units with the hole punched in the tag, as someone said, if they've got stock in the shops which has been checked and found OK how long has this problem been known about?
Then I went to the caravan storage and checked the cylinder in the van...almost full (half a kilo gone) and will also need changing: Viscount Caravans at Bursledon had no stock of Lites and it was too late to get anywhere else before closing, so that's sitting in the garage waiting for next weekend.
