Tonight's Junior Apprentice sees them having to design a new camping accessory. I've thought long and hard but can't come up with anything - just wondering whats on your wish list?

A partner who knows the difference between left and right and that once on full lock you cannot actually turn any tighter.

See papers later this week for my obituary !

Ray, can you add to that, a partner who does not stand behind the caravan waving her arms about, apparently giving directions, to who ~I dont know because standing behind the bloody van the driver cant see her!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and then get some feedback for not being in the wrong place.

Thank god for motor movers

.......or stands where you CAN see her but with hands held high way out of range of what you can see through any window.

In the same vein, how about a husband who understands that, in order to hear his wife's (My!!) shouted instructions to move a bit further left/right/forward/back, it helps to have at least ONE of the car windows open.....!! ;o)

have to say I am one of those wives who stands behind the caravan gesturing and bellowing at the top of my voice (which isn't that loud, need a loudhaler ideally). I usually get told I'm useless as my commands unless its STTOPPPP!! get ignored as cannot be heard. We do have walkie talkies but the hubby keeps them in the drawer at home, being as much use as a chocolate teapot, I rest my case.

An awning that is self erecting would make a good accessory for caravanners.

I've overcome the difficulties with Herself hiding behind the car making vague arm gestures and giving inaudible instructions when I reverse to hitch the caravan to the car.

I've fitted a number plate mounted camera which shows the towball on the rear view mirror mounted monitor.

Herself sits calmly in the passenger seat of the car, I reverse straight onto the hitch and normally achieve a 'hole in one' now :0)

To my mind an efficient fuel cell or similar at a reasonable price would be more acceptable. This would allow you greater freedom when choosing sites.

Something which pulls pegs out without having to use too much force. We've got one of those peg puller things but it's not much cop.

Something which stops pooling on the awning roof.

A contraption that fires a large net over the woman with the loud and cackling laugh; she is employed on all campsites and starts work at around 10.00 p.m. Said contraption would fire the net over her and haul her high up into the trees where her cackling would become a gentle noise lulling fellow campers to sleep.

Also a comfortable but fashionable and flattering outfit that could be worn to the shower blocks early in the morning or in the evening. It should not be pink, velour, or candlewick.

Also unbreakable wine glasses that are made of glass not plastic.

Compressed air gun with a long barrel that fires the pegs into the ground.
When we were away last week, twin axle/transit van parked close to us and I thought they had one of those, we still don't know what they were doing!!

I had a sort of brief look and they had come up with a trolley??????? Sadly no one had informed them that a trolly had been invented over a century ago.

Sad when education in history lacks basic inventions.

Here is a photo of the drainer and rack ,the base has raised edges so no water can go over worktop ,and the chrome metal rack holds up to 14 plates
