Good Afternoon

Has anyone stayed at the above site in Vendee? If so any comments would be appreciated. I am working my way through my short list. We have decided on region for next summer holidays (first 2 weeks) and booked the ferry crossing so just trying to decide which site would most suit us and the caravan (twin wheel). I have 2 small children age 2 and 5. I do not want a massive site and one not too far from the beach. It will be our first time. So any help welcome.

My wife and I stayed at this site several years ago, and on the whole my report would be very positive. The facilities were spotless, and the owner ran (and apparently still runs) a very tight ship. He's not afraid to throw people off site if they're too noisy or troublesome. The pool complex was very good.

The only slight negative was that many of the holiday companies were present - Eurocamp etc. We were there for three weeks, and it wore a bit thin after a week of a young child being allowed to stomp from one end of a static caravan to the other. Fortunately, they moved on so we were left in peace.

There was a supermarket only a couple of minutes away, and the little town is virtually around the corner. The local beach is ok, but there are nicer ones very close.

Some friends of ours stayed there this summer, and it doesn't appear to have changed. They are picky too!

I would recommend the site.
