Has anyone heard of Camping Cards that can be used to get discounted site fees ? I know about Camping Cheques for overseas discounts but is there some other scheme available.

We have used the ACSI Camping card for 6 years now since it was first issued by this Dutch organization. It is very good all the sites, Off Season, this year are either 11, 13 or 15 Euros per night inc Electricity and most of them Dogs.

Go to www.campingcard.com and that will give you all the details for getting the Book and Map, which includes your Camping Card, for

Thanks for the info. I think this must be the scheme that I was told about. The person who told me about the scheme said that sites in the uk were in the scheme. I have been on the ACSI web site after your info and it seems very few sites give discount in the uk.
