Costa Blanca at El Campello is a nightmare! The site is long and narrow. Your 'van is manhandled some distance into position by site staff who I am sure are on peace work and therefore not as careful about scraping your windows and sides etc as they should be, if you have a motor mover fitted it may be a different scenario. Some pitches fully serviced, Artificial shade, and no room for an awning. Site has a small shop, swimming pool and poolside bar. Railway line and station at back of site. Staff friendly and of course accept camping cheques. We stayed there for 2 nights last year enroute to La Manga but could not recommend it even for a night halt, but each to their own and other readers may have diferent views.
