Camping Val du Bonnal -Jura

Has anyone stayed at this campsite?

We plan to go down and watch the tour de france and would like to spend two weeks here.

What is it like

Cheers

It's an excellent site with massive pitches. Part of a leisure complex with a few lakes, one of which has a great beach, and another which is only used for fishing. It is rather remote but that also makes it feel very peaceful.

Bobbo this is a really great site and as previously mentioned is spacious with large pitches.

I think the attraction of this site is its countryside location and the local shops are not too far.

As well as lakeside swimming it has it's own pool which can be livelt but the back end of the site is quieter away from the tented village.

Thanks everyone for the info, it looks a good site and as it is our first venture abroad with the van it is looking good.

Just one further question though, is this area the hilly Jura type countryside our is it flatter and more rolling?

we are taking our bikes and my wife says we always tend to go to the mountainous regions, could we not go flatter!!!!

cheers
